Hermes Chaine D'Ancre

The  new Hermes Haute Bijouterie collection was revealed two nights ago at it’s Madison Avenue boutique and the much anticipated  ‘Chaine d’Ancre’ bag was unveiled in all it’s glory. Made from a 11,303 dazzling diamonds and white gold links, the result was a fierce looking, chained piece of accessory. There were only three made and are going for a cool million – and are already sold out. However, it is being shown in the American store until Christmas for those wanting to get a look up close.

Although attention was firmly planted on the aforementioned million-dollar bag, our fave here at Bjoutique has to be the delicate ‘Nausica Sac Bijou’ with it’s cascading diamonds over a gold link base, topped off with a luxe jewel-encrusted handle. Desired.

Not forgetting the famous others… rose gold has been added to the classic ‘Kelly’ bag making it look as beautiful as ever, and the iconic ‘Birkin’ has been designed with both rose and white gold. French craftsmanship at it’s finest.

Needless to say, only the stinking rich will be able to become  proud owners of these babies but as always, we admire from afar…
